Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in its original condition,

  • with tags and original packaging,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • gift cards,

  • sale items,

  • perishable goods,

  • hazardous materials or flammable products.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
